Coach Mindset

Other apps help you win Saturday's game. Coach Mindset helps you build the kid who's still playing at 25 — and the coach who keeps getting sharper to meet them. 70% of kids quit organized sports by age 13. The system optimized for trophies and lost the players. Coach Mindset is built around the metric the scoreboard misses: athlete development. Plan a real practice in 60 seconds. Run it live with a drill-by-drill timer. Reflect afterward, and watch the growth show up across a season. Built for individual coaches, clubs, and entire programs across 45+ sports — including 21 para and adaptive disciplines. WHY COACHES SWITCH • Plans that build players, not just teams — age-appropriate, intent-driven, ready for tonight • 280+ drills with constraints, coaching cues, progressions, and regressions baked in • Live mode timer that survives screen lock and incoming calls — your phone runs the session, you coach • Decision tagging — capture the most predictive coaching signal (good reads, missed support, transition awareness) with one tap during practice • Athlete check-ins — send a 60-second weekly pulse to your athletes (or their parents). No app, no signup, no password on their end. • Parent-shareable Growth Stories — when a parent asks "how is my kid doing?", give them something better than wins and losses • 60-second post-session reflection — the single highest-leverage habit in coaching, made effortless • Personalized learning path — 200+ lessons matched to where YOU are, that compound across a season • Coaching philosophy builder + assessment — the only tool that adapts to who you actually are • 21 para and adaptive disciplines included as first-class • Sign in with Apple — one tap, no password to remember HOW IT WORKS 1. We never sell your data, never train models on your reflections, and you can delete your account in two taps with full data removal.
