NaviLink

NaviLink is a unified platform that connects homeowners and installers, making home comfort management easier for users and customer care more efficient for professionals. [ ◎ For Homeowners ] One App for Complete Home Comfort Control NaviLink connects a wide range of home comfort devices—boilers, water heaters, HVAC systems, water treatment units —into one unified platform. Thermostats can now be registered in the app as a new device type. Once a thermostat is added to your home, room temperature control opens up next to your existing appliance controls — so you can set the comfort level of the whole home and still fine-tune each product in detail, all in the same app. - Register a Thermostat, Unlock Room Temperature Control: Add a thermostat to your home and set the temperature you want — it holds that comfort level for you. - Appliances + Thermostat on One Screen: Boiler, water heater and thermostat are monitored and controlled from a single home dashboard. Instead of managing each product separately, NaviLink provides a single, intuitive interface that enables you to: - Monitor Device Status: View real-time operational conditions for all connected devices. - Track Energy Usage: Gain insights into energy consumption across heating, cooling, and hot water systems. - Control Anytime, Anywhere: Adjust temperatures, change operating modes, and start or stop devices remotely. - Schedule & Automate: Set up heating, cooling, and hot water schedules to optimize comfort and efficiency. With NaviLink, homeowners can confidently manage their entire home environment while receiving maintenance alerts and performance updates—all from one easy-to-use app.   [ ◎ For Installers ] Smarter Device Management for Installers When homeowners grant access, installers can efficiently monitor and manage all registered devices through a single platform. - Device Status Monitoring: View real-time operational conditions of connected units to ensure proactive service. - Device Management: Simplify field operations with tools like: - Map-Based Management: Locate installed devices by geographic location for efficient scheduling. - Error-Based Search: Identify devices with active faults or alerts to prioritize troubleshooting. These capabilities help installers deliver faster, more accurate support while maintaining a clear overview of all customer devices.
