TapShift: Shift Scheduler

TapShift is a shift scheduling app for store managers, small teams, and hourly workplaces. Create staff rosters, manage employees, check required staffing, review coverage gaps, and calculate payroll from your iPhone. Still building schedules with paper or spreadsheets? Need to know whether each role has enough people? Tired of calculating work hours and wages by hand? TapShift brings everyday shift management into one simple mobile workflow. 【KEY FEATURES】 ■ Calendar-Style Shift Scheduling Create shifts with a tap. Assign saved shift templates to staff and dates, then review the whole month in a color-coded calendar. Timeline views also make it easier to see how many people are working at the same time. ■ Group Management Organize staff by role or team, such as floor, kitchen, delivery, reception, or any group that matches your workplace. Review work hours and labor cost by group to understand staffing balance. ■ Required Staffing & Coverage Analysis Set required staffing by day or schedule pattern. Compare planned shifts against required staffing to find shortages and surplus before the schedule is shared. ■ Staff Management Register staff names, hourly rates, and display colors. Hourly rates are used for automatic payroll calculation, making monthly summaries easier to review. ■ Reusable Shift Templates Save common shifts such as morning, evening, full day, or day off. Add start and end times to calculate work hours automatically. ■ Monthly Summary & Payroll Review total work hours, payroll, transportation costs, and summaries by staff or group. Useful for checking monthly labor cost, commute-related costs, and staffing trends. ■ Shift Copy & Auto-Fill Copy past shift patterns to a new period or auto-fill recurring weekly schedules. Reduce repetitive work when building monthly rosters. ■ Multi-Workplace Management Switch between workplaces and manage each schedule separately. Keep staff, shifts, and summaries organized by location or project. ■ Export & Share Export shift schedules as PDF or JPEG images. Print them for the workplace or share them with staff through email and messaging apps. ■ Notes Add monthly notes and date-specific notes for busy days, events, deadlines, or operational reminders. 【IDEAL FOR】 • Restaurant, cafe, convenience store, and retail managers • Teams scheduling part-time or hourly workers • Workplaces that need role-based staffing coverage • Managers moving from paper or spreadsheets to mobile scheduling • Small businesses that want easier payroll calculation • Multi-site teams and project-based workplaces 【BENEFITS】 • Manage rosters, staff, required staffing, and payroll in one app • See shifts clearly with a color-coded monthly calendar • Check labor cost and work hours by staff or group • Find staffing shortages and surplus more easily • Store data on your device without cloud sync 【PRICING】 ■ Free Version • Up to 50 shift entries • Up to 3 staff members • Core features included ■ Premium Version • Unlimited shift entries • Unlimited staff members • Ad-free • 2-month free trial included Download TapShift and make shift scheduling easier.
