ScentShelf

ScentShelf is an offline iOS app that helps you organize your perfumes and skincare products and stop letting good things expire on the shelf. You add each bottle once — name, brand, category, volume, photo, opening date and the small PAO number printed on the package — and ScentShelf turns that into something genuinely useful: an automatically calculated use-by date, a color-coded freshness bar that tells you what to reach for first, and an optional local reminder before anything goes off. You can also keep a private ingredient library with your own notes, flag the ones you want to avoid, and instantly see which products contain them. Unlike generic inventory or list templates, ScentShelf is built around the very specific way a fragrance and skincare collection actually wears down: opening dates, PAO months, personal ingredient sensitivities, and the slow drift from "fresh" to "use immediately." That focus is what makes it different. It solves a quiet, expensive problem — losing track of products you paid for until they've already turned. Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no network calls, no ads, no subscription. Just a tidy, honest shelf.
