Tetrad: Eisenhower Matrix

“What is important is seldom urgent, and what is urgent is seldom important.” — Dwight D. Eisenhower Tetrad puts every task into one of four boxes, so you always know what to do next. 1 · DO FIRST — urgent and important 2 · SCHEDULE — important, not urgent 3 · DELEGATE — urgent, not important 4 · DROP — neither CAPTURE FAST Type into the Inbox the way you think: “email Kim friday 10am”, “pay rent every month”, “#work”, “@Sam”. Paste a whole list and every line becomes a task. Or pull tasks from a photo of a handwritten list. SORT WITHOUT THINKING TWICE Drag tasks between boxes. Tasks that turn urgent move up on their own. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence suggests a box and breaks big tasks into steps — on your device, nothing is uploaded. RUN YOUR DAY • Today: your three picks, overdue and due today in one list • Morning plan and evening review, with gentle reminders • Calendar view with deadlines next to your events • Focus timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Insights: how much of your finished work was important, streaks and focus time EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets you can check off directly, a Control Center button, Siri and Shortcuts. YOURS, PRIVATELY No account, no server. Tasks stay on your device and, if you choose, in your private iCloud.
