Prices for your region are shown in the app and on the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancelling never deletes the records you've written.
