Prayer Lab

Prayer Lab is a journal for the whole of prayer — the answers, the waiting, and the long stretches where nothing seems to move. It keeps the things you are praying about as living threads rather than a to-do list, records what actually happened, and holds a separate record of thanksgiving. Everything stays on your device. THREADS, NOT TASKS • Each prayer is a thread: a title and a timeline of dated entries you add over weeks, months or years • Read a thread top to bottom like a story, not a feed • Archive a thread without losing it — nothing in Prayer Lab is ever silently deleted, and edits keep their history • Tags and search across everything you have written NINE HONEST OUTCOMES • Answered, answered differently, answered no, still waiting, changed by circumstance, changed in me, released, grieved, unclear • Every outcome carries equal weight — nothing is styled as success or failure • Change an outcome as often as the prayer moves; the history stays CHECK IN • A two-axis check-in: how settled you are, and how near God feels • Add a word for the moment — weary, hopeful, numb, grateful • A trend chart and calendar show how the weeks have really been STONES AND THANKSGIVING • Mark a stone on a thread for the moments worth finding again • Give thanks in its own stream, linked to a prayer or standing alone SCRIPTURE, OFFLINE • The complete Berean Standard Bible, on the device, no connection needed • Attach a verse to a thread so you can see later which words carried you through GENTLE REMINDERS • Optional reminders you set yourself — no streaks, no broken chains, no guilt MADE TO BE READ AT 3AM • Five themes drawn from the psalter and the night office, in light and dark • Text size follows your accessibility settings throughout PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your journal lives on your device; nothing you write is sent to us or analysed by anyone • No accounts, no sign-up, no AI reading your prayers • Works fully offline PRAYER LAB PRO • One payment, yours for good: removes the single banner ad and syncs your journal between your own devices through your iCloud account Prayer Lab is for Christians of any tradition who already pray and want to remember what they prayed and what came of it — including the seasons where the honest answer is "still waiting".
