TaikoFit

TaikoFit is an Apple Watch fitness app designed specifically for members of RMD Hawaii to track their physical activity during practice. Using Apple Watch, TaikoFit monitors heart rate, estimated calories burned, and exercise duration. Members can view their workout information while practicing and track their physical activity over time. TaikoFit works alongside the RMD HI member app to connect workout activity with club practice attendance. When members check in to a practice through RMD HI, their Apple Watch can prompt them to begin a TaikoFit workout. After practice, workout information is synchronized with RMD HI, allowing members to review their exercise data alongside their practice history. Features - Apple Watch Workout Tracking: Record heart rate, estimated calories burned, and exercise duration during taiko practice. - Live Workout Display: View exercise information directly on Apple Watch while practicing. - Practice Check-In Integration: Receive a prompt on Apple Watch to begin a workout after checking in through RMD HI. - Workout History: Review past workout data through the practice history section of RMD HI. - Apple Health Integration: Use Apple’s HealthKit framework to record and manage workout information. - iPhone Companion App: Connect your Apple Watch workout experience with your iPhone. TaikoFit is intended for practice sessions rather than performances and is designed exclusively for members of RMD Hawaii.
