Day Weave

Day Weave helps you decide what actually deserves your attention today. Instead of giving you another endless to-do list, Day Weave looks at your tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and personal priorities to help surface what matters most — and what can safely wait. ## Focus on what matters Build your personal priority profile and let Day Weave organize your day around what matters to you. Your daily view helps identify: * What deserves your attention first * What is time-sensitive * What can wait until later * What you can safely ignore today * Why a task is being recommended With **My Day**, you get a focused view of the tasks that matter now instead of being overwhelmed by everything you could be doing. ## Know what can wait Not every task needs to become urgent. **Not Today** helps separate important work from tasks that can safely move to another day, giving you permission to focus without losing track of what still needs to be done. ## Bring household priorities together Create a shared household and keep common responsibilities in one place. Household members can share tasks, track what needs to be done, and complete responsibilities together. With **Day Weave Unlimited**, each household member can maintain their own priorities. When those priorities differ, Day Weave considers both perspectives along with deadlines, responsibilities, and other task context to recommend a shared household priority. No one has to prioritize everything the same way. ## Delegate without losing track Assign household tasks to each other and clearly see who is responsible. Assignments can be accepted, declined, reassigned, and completed so household responsibilities don't disappear into texts, conversations, or assumptions. ## My Day and Our Day **My Day** focuses on what matters to you. **Our Day** brings together shared household priorities, assignments, and responsibilities. A household task can be important to everyone while appearing differently in each person's daily priorities. ## Understand every recommendation Use **Why This Matters** to understand the factors behind a recommendation, including deadlines, responsibility, flexibility, dependencies, and personal or household priorities. Day Weave is designed to help you make decisions — not make them for you. ## A calendar for your tasks View upcoming work using Day Weave's built-in day, week, and month task calendar. When a task belongs on your Apple Calendar, you can choose to add it there without turning Day Weave into another full calendar replacement. ## Private by design Day Weave is designed around Apple's ecosystem with local-first storage and iCloud synchronization. Personal tasks and personal priorities remain separate from shared household information. Apple Intelligence can enhance natural-language understanding and explanations on supported devices, while Day Weave's core priority system continues to work without it. ## No subscription Day Weave's personal prioritization experience is free. Day Weave Unlimited unlocks advanced household collaboration, including independent household priorities, conflict resolution, delegation, and personalized household recommendations. **One purchase. No recurring subscription.** Prioritize what matters. Know what can wait. Bring your household together with Day Weave.
