You can check the title and time first, then decide whether to save the reminder, set a repeat rule, enable a strong notification, or sync it to your iOS Calendar. PingPilot is more than a simple reminder app. It supports everyday reminders, recurring tasks, cron-based schedules, strong notifications, and optional calendar sync. Simple reminders stay quick. Advance reminders help you prepare in time. For activities that require punctual attendance or arrival, PingPilot can suggest preparation, departure and arrival reminders, with the number of steps adapted to the activity. After you manually enable location access in behavior preferences, foreground location can help suggest an origin while setting or replanning reminders. A saved home address can be suggested when location is unavailable. No background location tracking is used. Route times are suggestions you can check in Google Maps. One input can contain multiple independent events. Review and edit each reminder’s title, time and notes, add or remove reminders, and confirm all events before saving the full plan. If an activity clearly needs advance action but details are missing, its reminders remain available for you to fill in the necessary times. Explicit reminder or departure times are used as requested.
