Project Pan Tracker - Vannie

Your makeup, finally getting used — not just collected. Vannie is a project pan tracker and makeup inventory for people ready to use up what they own before buying more. A Vannie Pro subscription is required to add and track products. Eligible new subscribers can try the yearly plan free for 7 days. Doing a full no-buy, a low-buy year, or just picking a few products to finish? Vannie is built around how project pan actually works. YOUR PROJECT PAN • Pick the products you want to finish and focus on them • Track how full each one is — Full, ¾, Half, ¼, Almost gone • Add progress photos and keep the whole story, from first swipe to empty • Tap "I hit pan" and celebrate the moment it happens • Can't decide what to reach for? Spin the Lucky Pick wheel • Share your progress as a photo collage LOG EVERY USE • Log each use with a double-tap — that's the whole gesture • Build a streak you can see and keep the momentum • Surface your most-neglected products — your next pan targets • Watch cost-per-use drop every time you reach for something CELEBRATE YOUR EMPTIES • Finish a product and Vannie throws a full-screen celebration • Mark anything finished, gifted, expired, didn't suit you, or caused a skin reaction • Note whether you'd repurchase — build an honest empties history • Browse your Archived collection by reason, brand, or category EARN YOUR BADGES Earn badges as you finish products and log your uses — from First Empties to Empties Queen. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU OWN • Add any product four ways: scan a barcode, snap a photo (AI helps identify the brand, product, and shade), search 70,000+ products, or add manually • Own backups? Group identical ones and track how many you own • Already track in a spreadsheet? Import Excel or CSV directly • Tap any brand, category, finish, or tag to drill in • Save filters as one-tap views — Holy Grails, Daily, Cruelty-Free, your way KEEP TRACK OF MAKEUP EXPIRY DATES • Set the opened date + period after opening (PAO) • Vannie calculates the expiry automatically and nudges you before it turns • Plan ahead and waste less BUY WITH INTENTION • Wishlist with target prices and preferred stores • Total collection value, monthly spending trends, repurchase list • Stop buying the same nude lipstick three times WHY VANNIE Built by a solo founder and shaped by the Project Pan community, Vannie helps you enjoy what you own and make every finish count.
