Concussion Alert

The Concussion Alert mobile app provides education, documentation, and management of sport related concussions for teams, organizations and schools. Coaches and Educators can: — Review code of conduct, annual education, and organization’s removal-from-sport policy. — Document injuries and screen for possible concussion. — Upload clearance and track stages of recovery. — Manage your roster. — Stay up to date with blogs and educational resources. When an athlete is added to a roster their caregiver / emergency contact will gain access to the Parent Portal. Caregivers can: — Review code of conduct, annual education, and organization’s removal-from-sport policy. — Confirm athletes have reviewed the code of conduct and annual education. — Stay up to date with blogs and educational resources. Administration can: — Review code of conduct, annual education, and organization’s removal-from-sport policy. — Approve coach registration. — Review completed education. The Concussion Alert mobile app is not intended to provide medical diagnosis of concussion or replace medical evaluation.
