COUNT DISTANCE YOUR WAY Connect Apple Health to count eligible workouts and movement distance, or log your walks, runs, hikes and rides by hand. Choose recorded workouts or all-day walking and running distance. Use miles or kilometers. Walking, running and hiking count mile for mile. Cycling earns one medal mile for every three miles ridden. UNLOCK MEDALS THAT GROW WITH YOU Earn a base medal at 15 credited miles. The current medals gain new ranks at 50, 100, 200 and 500 miles, with Woven, Pearl, Gilded and Holographic finishes. Your distance keeps counting after the highest rank. BUILD A COLLECTION WORTH KEEPING Unlock passport stamps, postcards, field notes and posters as you go. Add your name to the back of your medals. Complete a series to earn its digital plaque, then improve the whole set to upgrade the plaque's finish.
