TalentHub Worker is for nurses, personal care assistants and support workers who are rostered through One Doorway Talent Hub by their agency or provider. Your agency sends the invite that sets up your login. SHIFTS See every shift you are rostered on for the week ahead, with the site address, the service and who to call. Confirm shifts your coordinator assigns you and get a reminder before each one starts. OPEN SHIFTS Get notified when a shift near you is posted. Pick it up on the spot, or apply and let the coordinator choose. Set how far you are willing to travel. CLOCK IN AND OUT Clock in when you arrive and out when you finish. Your location is recorded once at each tap so your agency can confirm attendance. It is never tracked in the background, and if you are out of signal inside a facility the tap is saved and synced later. TIMESHEETS Check your hours, add notes for the shift and see when a timesheet has been approved. AVAILABILITY AND LEAVE Tell your agency which days and times you work, block out one-off dates and request leave. COMPLIANCE REGISTER Keep your certificates, screening checks and identity documents in one place and see what is expiring. SECURITY Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID. Optional authenticator-app two-factor sign-in. TalentHub Worker only works with an account issued by an agency or provider using One Doorway Talent Hub.
