FleyFleet Driver

FleyFleet Driver is the app for drivers and couriers working in a company that dispatches tasks — car dealerships, service centres, offices that move documents between locations. It is not a marketplace: your employer gives you an account, and everything you see in the app comes from your own dispatcher. SHIFTS • Start a shift when your working day begins, set when you plan to finish. • A reminder arrives when the planned end approaches — extend in 30-minute steps or close the shift. • Location is shared with your dispatcher only while a shift is open. Close it and reporting stops immediately. TASKS • New tasks arrive with a push notification: where to pick up, where to deliver, and by when. • Accept or decline with a reason. Declined tasks go to the next driver. • "Picked up", "I'm here" and "Done" each record the time and place, so nobody has to reconstruct the day afterwards. • A deadline on a task shows whether you are still going to make it. DOCUMENT HANDOVERS • A document you carry has an owner at every moment — accepted, in transit, handed over. • Write the envelope number the app gives you on the envelope itself. • Take a photo at handover when a signature is not enough. • The recipient can follow a tracking link and see when you arrive. BUILT FOR REAL DAYS • Works with a bad connection: taps are queued and sent when signal returns, in the order you made them. • Opens your usual navigation app — Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Yandex. • Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
