Time Trak App

Time Trak is time tracking your payroll can trust. Companies sign up at timetrakapp.com, get their own workspace, and invite their team. Employees clock in and out from this app; managers see who's working and approve time off — without opening a laptop. HOW YOU GET AN ACCOUNT If you run a company: sign up at timetrakapp.com, then invite your staff. If you work for one: your employer sends you an invitation. There is no separate consumer sign-up inside this app, because your hours belong to your company's workspace. FOR EVERYONE • Clock in and out with one tap, and watch the timer run • Start and end breaks — nothing is recorded while you're on one • Today's hours, this week's hours, and where you stand in the pay period • Your own timesheet, day by day, including shifts that were closed automatically and are waiting on someone to confirm them • Request time off, and see your PTO balance before you ask • Watch a request get approved or declined without chasing anyone FOR MANAGERS AND ADMINS • Today's totals for the whole team, and who is on the clock right now • Switch between today and the full pay period • Open one person's day: hours worked, how the day split between productive, neutral and unproductive time, and which applications the time went into • Approve or decline time-off requests and timesheet corrections • A payroll summary for the current period — hours per person, and pay where rates are set • Invite a new employee by email ABOUT LOCATION If your employer switches it on and you agree in the app, Time Trak records a coarse location when you clock in or out — enough to say which town or district, not a precise address and never a route. It is only ever read at the moment you tap the clock, never in the background. You can decline and keep using everything else. HOURS THAT HOLD UP Overnight shifts stay one shift instead of splitting at midnight. Time zones are handled properly, so a team spread across three countries reads the same numbers. Every automatic clock-out is flagged for a person to confirm rather than quietly counted as worked time. Time Trak is sold to companies as a monthly subscription on the web. Nothing is purchased inside this app.
