Simple GLP: GLP-1 Dose Tracker

Simple GLP is a dose log for GLP-1 medication, weekly shots and daily pills alike. It is free from the first launch, needs no account, and keeps your history on your device. LOG A DOSE • One tap saves the time, from the app, Siri, the Home Screen widget, or the Apple Watch app. • Add the dose, injection site, notes, and how you feel (nausea, appetite, food noise, and wellbeing, rated 0 to 5) whenever you like. • Each shot is marked early, on time, or late against your schedule. • History, a streak, and Insights show your routine over time. INJECTION SITES • Pick the abdomen, left or right thigh, or left or right arm for each shot. • The Home screen shows your last site next to your next dose, so you can rotate. SHOT REMINDERS • Set your shot day and time once, repeating every 1 to 12 weeks or every 1 to 90 days. • The reminder can come up to 3 hours early. Tap Took it on the notification to log the shot, or snooze it. • If you already logged that dose, the reminder is skipped. DAILY PILLS • One tap logs today's pill and starts a wait timer you set to match your label or prescriber. • A notification tells you when the wait is over. • A daily pill reminder skips days you've already logged. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGETS • The Apple Watch app logs doses and shows your pill countdown, even with your iPhone out of reach. It syncs when they reconnect. • The Home Screen widget logs a dose in one tap, then opens the app to save it. It also shows your next dose and pill countdown. • Lock Screen widgets show your next dose or when your wait ends. MEDICATIONS • Works with weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide shots, brand-name or compounded, daily GLP-1 pills, or a medication you add yourself. YOUR DATA • No account, sign-up, or email. • Your log stays on your device, shared only with the app's widget and Apple Watch app. • No ads and no third-party analytics. Purchases are verified by RevenueCat, which never receives your dose history. • Export or import your history as a CSV file. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) • With your permission, Simple GLP reads weight, glucose, activity, sleep, heart rate, and more to show beside each dose. It never writes to Apple Health. Simple GLP Pro adds the wait countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, supply tracking with refill reminders, and a second reminder for a missed dose. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, each with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
