Iylon connects patients, their clinicians and specialist oncology advisors to review complex cancer cases, wherever they are. With the Iylon app you can: • Submit a case in minutes Share your diagnosis details, medical records, scans and reports securely from your iPhone or iPad. Take photos of documents with your camera or upload files you already have. • Track every case See where each case stands, from submission and advisor review to the final recommendation, with a clear timeline for every step. • Read your recommendation report Open the specialist's recommendation report directly in the app, download it, and share it with your own doctor. • Talk to your care team Message the Iylon care team about a case and ask follow-up questions after your report is shared. • Get notified when it matters Turn on optional notifications to hear the moment your case moves forward, a report is ready or the care team replies. You can switch them off at any time in Settings. • Secure sign-in Use the same account you use on iylon.com. Every sign-in is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, and you can add Face ID or Touch ID to sign in and unlock the app quickly. Built for everyone involved in the case Patients and caregivers, referring clinicians, specialist advisors and the Iylon coordination team each see the tools for their role. Your privacy Your medical information is sent over encrypted connections and is only shared with the people involved in your case. You can delete your account from Settings in the app or at iylon.com/delete-account. Important Iylon provides expert second-opinion consultations to support decisions made with your own doctor.
