Convenie Panel

Convenie Panel is a complementary extension of the Convenie ecosystem, purpose-built for iPads and iPhones mounted at meeting room entrances. It transforms any display into an intelligent room booking screen — giving employees instant visibility into room availability and the ability to book on the spot. With a glance, anyone passing by can see the day's schedule, check what's coming up, and claim an open slot in seconds. The interface is designed for speed and clarity: a bold room identifier, real-time calendar view, and a streamlined booking flow that takes just two taps — select your time, confirm, done. Convenie Panel bridges the gap between digital workplace tools and the physical office environment. No need to pull out a phone, open a calendar, or hunt for a free room. The information is right there, at the door, when and where decisions are made. It reduces ghost bookings, eliminates scheduling conflicts, and makes shared spaces work the way they should — effortlessly. As part of the broader Convenie platform, Panel feeds into the same workplace intelligence layer, keeping room data synchronized across mobile, desktop, and on-site displays. It's one more way the workplace becomes responsive to the people who use it every day.
