PieMinder Pro

Making great pizza dough shouldn't take a spreadsheet. PieMinder does the math so you don't have to. Describe the pizza you want and it gives you the exact amount of flour, water, salt, yeast, olive oil, and sugar to use. Then it walks you through every step, from chilling the water to tossing it in your oven. No recipes to cross-reference. No conversions in your head. No "wait, how much flour was that again?" Just clear amounts and a calm set of steps. Never made dough before? The ten-step walkthrough uses your exact numbers and tells you what to do at each stage — it's hard to get lost. Been at it for years? Dial in hydration from 60% to 80%, change the crust thickness, or flip on gluten-free mode, and every number recalculates the instant you touch a slider. WHAT'S INSIDE • It does the math for you Enter pizzas, size, thickness, and hydration. The only time PieMinder touches the network is the optional tip jar, handled securely by Apple. THE TIP JAR PieMinder is free, and every feature stays free. If it improves your pizza night, there's an optional "Buy me a slice" button. Five fixed amounts from $1 (a bite) to $5 (a whole pie). Nothing is locked behind it. It's just a thank-you. WHY IT EXISTS PieMinder started as a spreadsheet I kept reopening every Friday night; tweaking flour weights, recalculating hydration, scrolling back through a recipe with floury hands. Several years and a couple hundred pizzas later it became this app, so nobody else has to keep that spreadsheet. Built for the kitchen, not the spreadsheet. Make better pizza — starting tonight.
