ouvar logistics

ouvar™ is a fully managed SaaS platform purposely built for brand teams to control the movement of marketing material from manufacture to retail. First in class, ouvar™ gives the power back to the brands. Quite simply, you’ll enjoy: Reduced Storage Costs Your marketing budget is very precious. Don’t waste it on storage! ouvar™ allows you to by-pass 3PL storage and store your items at the point of manufacture. With ouvar® inventory management, see your stock on hand, wherever it is. An Online ordering Catalogue Order your items via your own catalogue for delivery direct to retail or local sheds – a seamless process with savings. The power to negotiate If your company uses an external Storage Provider, your Reps may be using your Storage Provider’s online ordering facility. This makes it difficult for your company to use another, cheaper storage provider, as it would be inconvenient for your Reps to be using multiple online ordering facilities. ouvar®’s marketing catalogue is your own online POS ordering facility. Now your reps order from your own platform and you have the freedom to store your POS with anyone, anywhere. For your next POS shipment, source best price from the wider market and negotiate! You are no longer locked into one Storage Provider. Agility and speed in market You’ll see campaign activation results in real time via Heat Maps. Never before has your marketing team been able to watch a campaign activate as it happens. If a region is slow to activate, jump on it and ensure that your retail marketing material is working for your brand every minute! A choice of routes to retail You now have flexibility in your route to market. Choose from 3PL, Dock to Store, Dock to rep’s sheds and more. We’ll help you choose the best route for your campaign. Inventory Visibility See your inventory, wherever it is – 3PL, rep sheds, retailers, whilst enjoying the power of data at your fingertips: - View inventory by storage location including asset value - Cross-check 3PL invoices for accurate pallet count - Use supplier factories to store items - Never run out of stock with Low Stock Alarms - Easily remove old stock to reduce storage fees ouvar™.
