David Young Coach

Many times in a career the same problems show up again and again. Stress, self-doubt, dealing with difficult people, can all stop us from being our best. As a business coach, I have clocked up thousands of hours helping people overcome patterns of stressful situations at all levels. What I have found is surprising. In business, practising deep relaxation, releasing tension and anxiety, and reflecting on your next step, helps you achieve the best performance every time. But here’s the surprise: instead of simply learning a technique, top performance comes from repetition - practising a skill so many times it becomes second nature. This is what top sportspeople, musicians and actors achieve when in the flow. Their ease and spontaneity are the result of much-repeated practice. Yours can be too. I'm David Young, creator of the business coaching app. My technology partner is Hemi-Sync®. They are a long established organisation that has pioneered the art of deep relaxation through sound technology. By playing separate sounds binaurally to each ear, the Hemi-Sync® technology enhances communication between the brain’s left and right hemispheres to encourage synchronisation in the whole brain. The David Young Business Coaching App plays short soundtracks which promote deep relaxation. This enhances your focus and enables you to achieve optimal business performance. Taking a short time to listen to tracks daily will help you find your best performance, whatever the problem you are tackling. The app has three sections: An introductory track that explains how the technology works to get the results you need. A series of 10-minute soundtracks where I guide you on: overcoming common business problems; and developing the subtle, implicit and spontaneous parts of you that lead to a flow of best performances every day. In addition, there are 20 minutes of ‘free flow tracks’. Useful as you become more experienced with the technology and gain greater benefits as you guide yourself on the topic. A soundtrack mixing desk. This allows you to choose from five Hemi-Sync® frequencies, together with a choice of sounds that you find relaxing. Feel free to get in touch at https://davidyoung.business if you'd like to find out more information about the app or my coaching services. I’m adding new topics to the app regularly and can provide access to coaches who can help you take your practice even further. Terms of Use: https://hemi-sync.com/terms-conditions/
