The Mirage™ Systems Biofeedback Interface brings guided relaxation and focused practice together with feedback from your compatible, assigned pulse oximeter. Practise paced breathing, or settle into a guided relaxation experience with images, video and sound. EXPLORE SIX SESSION TYPES • Butterfly Landing and relaxation experiences with adjustable feedback and session controls. • Breathing Exercise with visual guidance and matched spoken cues. • Puzzle Game: find matching pairs while observing your sensor response. • Counting Backwards: follow a spoken attention task at your own pace. • Physical Assessment: a short sound-response observation activity. • Health Scan: a spoken 50-question self-reflection questionnaire. It does not generate a diagnosis. STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR PRACTICE View available pulse, oxygen saturation and perfusion readings from your device. Pause, resume or stop sessions, return to a running session after browsing another tab, and review saved local history. Video quality can adjust when the connection slows, with a retry option if playback cannot recover. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Find the offline mobile guide, connection instructions and your support conversations inside the app. Connection diagnostics are optional when creating a support ticket. Product usage analytics is also optional and off by default. BEFORE YOU BEGIN Live exercises require an existing Mirage account, an active membership and your assigned compatible iHealth Air (PO3M) pulse oximeter. The app does not measure oxygen using the phone camera. Public demo previews all six session types and bundled imagery scenes, with clearly labeled sample readings and no live measurements. Demo does not require a sensor. Return to Live restores membership and real-sensor requirements. Hosted videos require member sign-in. A network connection is required for sign-in, account services and hosted media. Available readings and functions depend on your connected hardware. This app is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Mirage is a nonmedical wellness app for relaxation, personal observation and focused practice. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
