EasyStaff connects New Zealand healthcare workers directly with the aged care facilities, hospitals and clinics that need them. No agency in the middle: you set your own rates and you're paid what you set. This app is for workers already approved on EasyStaff. You register and are vetted on our website (qualifications, references and police vetting); once approved, everything day to day happens here. FIND SHIFTS • Your shifts in one place, in tabs: Available, Applied, Upcoming, Active and Completed, each with a count • Check the facility, date, times, break and what you'll earn before you claim • Claim a shift with one swipe; you'll see straight away whether it's booked or waiting for the facility to confirm ON THE DAY • Your upcoming shifts, with the address and directions • Clock in and clock out from your phone; we check your location once at each, so the facility knows you were on site YOUR PAY • This week, this month and the year so far, your next pay date, your balance and your average per shift • Tap a payment to see the shifts in it • Rates by role for weekdays, weekends and public holidays; ask for a change in the app INVOICES • Create an invoice for EasyStaff from your completed shifts, add a note, and follow its status YOUR PROFILE • Sign in with email, Google or Apple • Do what EasyStaff asks of you from the Work screen: upload a requested document, add referees or send a police check • Open any document you've uploaded, and replace it when it expires • Set your availability, the regions you'll travel to and how you want to hear from us • Alerts for new shifts that suit you and for changes to your bookings: filter them, mark them read or unread, or delete them • Get help from any screen: email [email protected] PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your location is only read when you clock in or out, never in the background • Usage and crash reports help us fix problems; they carry no personal or pay details and you can switch them off in Account • Delete your account from the app at any time EasyStaff is run by Intelligence Limited, a New Zealand company.
