Genuine Dining

Internal app used by Genuine Dining team members to audit partner sites. Use this app while at a client site and score each area appropriately. Make sure to be honest and fair. The app is a toll used to uplift our offers across each of our sites. Once you have completed the audit, sit down with the Manager, and go through it in detail using the online portal. Make sure to highlight areas done well, and that needs improvement. From the online portal you can download your audits and share them with your clients or put them in your monthly reports. Make sure to check out other sites that have performed particularly well, taking ideas, and sharing knowledge.
