PropShare Aero

PropShare keeps the money side of co-owned and hire-and-fly aircraft simple and transparent. Instead of chasing a shared spreadsheet, every owner and pilot sees the same live ledger: deposits paid in, flights flown, fuel and hourly charges, and insurance — all rolling up to a clear running balance for each pilot. OWNERS • Set the hourly rate, fuel burn, avgas price and insurance for each aircraft • Invite pilots and see every pilot's balance at a glance • Record deposits, flights and insurance charges • Get notified when a pilot's funds run low PILOTS • Log your flights in seconds with the hours flown • See exactly what each flight cost and what your balance is • Keep a full history of your deposits and charges EVERYONE • A single source of truth — the same numbers for owners and pilots • Export the ledger to share or archive • Sign in with Apple, Google, or email • Optional Face ID lock to keep your data private Getting started takes seconds: sign up, create your aircraft, set its rates, and invite your pilots. PropShare supports multiple aircraft and multiple owners, so an individual co-ownership, a club, a syndicate or an informal group can each manage their own aircraft from one account. Built for general-aviation cost sharing. PropShare is a record-keeping tool and does not process payments.
