NonPaper

NonPaper es la tablet de firma del mostrador de recepción para hoteles que usan idSwift. El recepcionista escanea el documento del huésped desde su puesto y NonPaper muestra en el iPad la tarjeta de registro con sus datos para que el huésped los revise, complete lo que falte, acepte las condiciones y firme en pantalla. La firma vuelve al puesto al instante y el documento queda archivado sin papel. Solo funciona con una cuenta de idSwift: la app se vincula a un hotel y a un puesto con el usuario del portal del cliente y, en reposo, muestra el carrusel de imágenes del hotel. — NonPaper is the guest-facing signature tablet for hotel front desks running idSwift. Reception scans the guest's ID at the desk and NonPaper shows the registration card on the iPad so the guest can review the data, fill in what is missing, accept the terms and sign on screen. The signature reaches the desk instantly and the document is archived paper-free. Requires an idSwift account: the app is bound to a hotel and a desk with the client portal user and shows the hotel's image carousel while idle.
