BooKoo is a shared expense tracker for recording income and spending in one place. Start a personal expense log, or keep household bills, couple and roommate expenses, group funds and travel costs together. Add receipts and comments to each entry, then review your spending in a calendar and category charts. New ledgers support two members free, or up to five with BooKoo Pro. ■ Read a receipt on your device Review the amount and date from a receipt photo before applying them to your draft. ■ Every entry keeps its conversation Ask about a charge right where it sits. The receipt photo and the answer stay next to the amount. ■ Nobody carries the book alone One invite link and members start logging for themselves. Owners and admins manage members and invitations; members add entries and comments; view-only members can read. ■ Calendar and statistics at a glance A calendar in the ledger’s own time zone with daily totals, category statistics, and a 12-month trend. ■ Made to fit your group Choose category names, colors, and icons, and use light or dark mode on phone and tablet. Export your data any time. The app itself is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. A ledger is visible only to the members you invite — it is not a public board. BooKoo is a manual record: it does not connect to banks, move money between people, split or settle balances, track unpaid dues per member, approve spending, convert currencies, or track users across apps. Entries are recorded in the ledger’s own currency. Free may show one limited non-personalized banner directly below the main tabs. The only payment is the optional subscription below, handled by the app store.
