Please fix ASAP or roll back to the previous version. Besides the bugs the app is great, but I don’t like not being able to view playback locally over WiFi local network directly without going through the internet, which is a lot slower.

Multiple issues. I purchased a set with 8 cameras and connected them all to the WiFi. There’s no continuous scrolling when looking at the camera history. And it keeps reloading from the beginning every-time I try to scroll to see what happened a couple minutes / seconds later. Within those couple of seconds. Anything can be missed like someone passing by. It gets to be annoying when I’m back from work and find packages missing, and have to view each and every single second of the past 10 hours just so I won’t miss a thing CAUSE THERE IS NO CONTINUOUS SCROLLING. on top of this, throughout the last 1.5 years the app kept logging me out, prevented me from logging in even with the correct login info, as well as giving me the “unable to display” screen when I’m at work. This was especially irritating when I went on vacations and wanted to check my cameras. Save your money and time. You ARE paying for quality and this is exactly like its price. Cheap and useless. Better off paying for a RING or NEST cameras.

The horrible experience comes when you download this app and trying to do iCloud and view your live feed. It’s never consistent it will lock you out, there is no customer service especially if you do not live within the Asian and Europe regions. email does not work, chat isn’t available, they don’t have live-support, they don’t have a number to call you. Their WhatsApp is not active. You are pretty much on your own so this app is pointless it does not do its job you cannot be at home and see your cameras at your business because this app is very inconsistent. The help and support is nonexistent. If you still choose to use it good luck cause you’re going to need it!

The when you press the Setting as the display asks, I goes directly to the iPhone IMOU Setting Screen f which the is no option to provide these permissions! I’m hoping it’s just a glitch that will be fixed shortly, otherwise it’s a useless monitor that is useless for any type of security as advertised! I guess this is probably a push to their subscription service! Luckily their customer support phone numbers appear to be in China, so that’s a long distance call I will not be making. I’ve lost money already if I can’t use the device as I had been since I bought it! A call would probably be futile at this point (sigh)

Good luck trying to find a way to remove your debit/credit card information from Imou systems by way of the Imou Life app for Iphone. I haven’t found a way to stop the auto renew subscription. Imou has taken my card hostage. In addition, when I updated my planned local network password change to the Imou cameras connected to my wireless network, the Imou Life app couldn’t find my wireless network after I changed the network password. So, I unplugged the power to the cameras and plugged in the power to restart them, but they still couldn’t find my wireless network. I ended up having to plug an ethernet cable into each of the cameras, then find and connect to the desired wireless network. WHAT A PAIN. Fix the above-mentioned problems and I will raise the rating to five stars.

It's been taking a long time to go back and look at the camera, but I found out I should delete the memory card every week to speed up and improve loading. It wasn't the system's fault; the card load was slow. Everything is perfect now. Voice is clear; good-quality capture.

The interface is intuitive, and I can easily switch between different cameras to check on things. I appreciate the live view and the ability to record footage, especially for peace of mind. Overall, a reliable and functional app for anyone looking for home security

I hate this camera and app always gives streaming error after loading for minutes at 97% , i wish i haven't invested this much money on such a crap

However, everything is just super slow and exhausting. Every time I try to switch cameras, they have to load back up and it stays stuck anywhere between 92% - 99% for about 10-20 seconds. It may not seem as much but, it really gets frustrating when you’re trying to view past recordings, as every time you move through the recordings, it needs to load back up. If you're trying to find something on previous records, and do not know the exact time, then you will take hours and hours trying to browse through. Is this only happening to me?

Very disappointed that it won’t even keep a few without a fee. Also, would like access to a microphone. There are better options. This doesn’t even allow you to remote turn the camera off for privacy without unplugging it. So, again better options available.
