Kenooz Control

Kenooz Control is the staff app for Kenooz jewelry shops. The shop's daily work in one phone: sales, inventory, prices, cash, suppliers and the team. This app is for shop staff only. You sign in with an account the shop owner creates, and each person sees what their permissions allow. • Sales and invoices A sale invoice in seconds: scan a piece's barcode and the price is worked out from today's gram price. Discounts, split payments, buying from customers, deposits, holds and returns. Invoices save automatically and can be sent to the customer. • Inventory and pieces Every gold, silver and diamond piece: search by name, number, barcode or weight. Each piece's details, photos and history, adding new pieces, offers on pieces, and stocktakes. • Prices Live gold, silver and dollar prices, from the market automatically or by hand, with one karat price shared by every shop. • Treasury, accounts and boxes Income and expenses in pounds and dollars, bank and wallet accounts, a statement for each account, box weights in grams per purity, and transfers between accounts and boxes. • Suppliers and shop settlements Each supplier's balance in grams and in making charges in EGP and USD, supplies, payments by weight or money, returns and loans. Accounts between shops, and transfers between brother shops. • Team and HR Check-in and check-out, optional automatic attendance when you reach your branch, requests for leave, permits and advances, and payslips. Managers approve requests and follow today's attendance. • Customer bookings Appointment requests customers make from the Kenooz app: approve or decline, and set the branch's booking hours. • Notifications and approvals Instant notifications for bookings, requests and approvals, and the owner's PIN approval for sensitive operations. Arabic and English, light and dark mode.
