Description

Project Oracle helps independent makers, print farms, and small 3D printing shops answer two practical questions: What will this job really cost, and when can we make it? Build an estimate from the details that affect a real print. Enter the filament, resin, or other material used, its package price, and expected waste. Add purchased parts, labor, print time, printer power, electricity, maintenance, shipping, tax, and the markup you want to apply. The result separates direct material and production expenses from markup and tax, so you can see both the cost basis and the estimated selling total. Estimates can be saved and revised as the job changes. A new revision preserves the earlier numbers instead of replacing them, which makes it easier to check how a quote developed. If you make the same item more than once, create a product from the estimate, attach a photo and SKU, set a default sale price, and keep the product tied to the exact estimate revision used for production. Inventory is organized around consumables, printers, and products. For filament, resin, and other materials, you can record package quantities, prices, colors, SKUs, waste allowances, and low-stock thresholds. Stock balances show what is on hand, what has been reserved for production, and what is still available. Receipts and corrections remain visible in the movement history, so the current balance has a record behind it. Printer records hold the details that matter to costing and scheduling, including printing technology, power, maintenance allowance, serial number, and operating status. Product records can include a photo, description, SKU, sale price, and linked estimate. When a product is ready to make, schedule it on a compatible available printer. Choose local start and end times and review the materials the job will reserve. Project Oracle checks for overlapping printer bookings and insufficient stock before the job is added. Planned work can move through queued and in-progress states to completion, or be marked failed or canceled when needed. Rescheduling updates the booking and material reservation, while a completed or failed job records the allocated material as used. The weekly calendar shows which days are open, which have production booked, and what each printer is doing. Jobs include their product, time, and current status, and the schedule can be filtered by printer or production state. The dashboard uses completed and scheduled work to show projected revenue, cost, and profit across 7, 30, or 90 days. View the chart by day, week, or month, check production activity for a selected printer, and review its upcoming workload. Upcoming jobs and low-stock alerts are shown alongside the forecast, so a promising schedule does not hide a material shortage or a crowded machine. Business settings, inventory, estimates, schedules, and selected product photos are stored locally on your device. Project Oracle does not require an account and does not include advertising, cloud synchronization, or third-party analytics. Results depend on the prices, rates, taxes, and production assumptions you enter. Review those values before using an estimate for a customer or business decision. Project Oracle does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Project Oracle is made for the work that begins after a 3D model is ready: deciding what to charge, confirming the material is available, finding time on a printer, and understanding whether the job makes sense for the business.
