Sum of Days: Life Tracker

A simpler home for the numbers you already track. If you keep recording the same things in notes or a spreadsheet, Sum of Days gives each one a place of its own. Log a number, check off a routine, or add a note. See what you recorded today and find it again weeks or months later. Start with one thing: pages read, minutes of focused work, a daily walk, or another routine you want to remember. Create up to 3 trackers for free. LESS EFFORT TO KEEP A RECORD • Choose a starting point or create a custom tracker with your own name and unit • Record numbers, daily totals, habits, statuses, and notes • Use quick-entry buttons, widgets, and Shortcuts for repeat entries • Add a record from your Apple Watch when your phone is out of reach • Set reminders for the things you want to record regularly FIND WHAT HAPPENED See your latest value, totals, and averages. Open a calendar to find a date, follow a number on a chart, or browse your entries in a timeline. A year view brings a longer history into view. Your original entries remain available behind the summaries. BRING HEALTH INTO THE SAME VIEW Connect supported Apple Health data, including steps, weight, sleep, exercise time, walking and running distance, active energy, stand hours, and height. View it alongside the things you record yourself. You choose which Health categories to allow. REVIEW WHEN THERE IS ENOUGH TO COMPARE As your history grows, Review can highlight meaningful changes between periods, standout days, and items that moved together. Every finding links to its supporting dates. Monthly Rewind gathers up to three findings from your last 30 days. Review uses the days you actually recorded. Findings appear only when the recorded data supports a meaningful comparison. YOUR HISTORY, ACROSS YOUR APPLE DEVICES Use Sum of Days on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
