HelgaApps

Helga is the app to manage your package forwarding mailbox easily, quickly, and from anywhere. • REAL-TIME TRACKING See the up-to-date status of each of your packages. From the moment your shipment arrives at the warehouse until it reaches your hands, you'll always know where it is. • NOTIFICATIONS Get alerts when your package's status changes — for example when it is received, dispatched, or delivered — according to the notifications your mailbox company has enabled. • PRE-ALERTS Create pre-alerts to let your operator know about packages on their way, so your mailbox can get ahead of the process and speed up receiving. • DISPATCH REQUESTS Once your packages are ready at the warehouse, request their dispatch directly from the app. You decide when and where to send them. • DELIVERY ADDRESSES Manage your recipients and delivery addresses in one place. Add, edit, or select where you want to receive your packages. • COSTS AND BILLING Check the costs of your shipments and your account statement directly from the app. • ORDER HISTORY Review the complete history of your orders, organized and available anytime. Helga works with mailbox companies that use the Helga platform. You need an account with one of them to sign in. Download Helga and take full control of your mailbox from the palm of your hand.
