GetUpp Motivation

The sedentary lifestyle is the main reason why so many people are experiencing muscle tensions and pain in their body. The pain often results in both tension headaches and neck and back problems. It hinders productivity and well-being at work as well as job satisfaction, meanwhile, it also has severe consequences in relation to employees reporting sick for longer periods.
