Havenly

Practice hearing God's voice through Scripture. Most of us find it hard to hear God's personal encouragement through His Word. Havenly takes the context of your life and the context of each day's verse, and shows you where God might be speaking to you. Then it helps you respond in prayer. A RHYTHM FOR THE WHOLE DAY • Morning: a word of encouragement written for your season of life, a personal liturgy to pray, and a five-minute family devotion to read with your kids • Midday: a fifteen-minute Bible study with historical context, original-language word studies and cross-references • Evening: a daily Examen to look back on your day with God, and a letter to write what you sense He is saying • Gentle reminders for each part of the day, and a streak that grows with every day you spend with God LETTERS TO GOD, KEPT BY SEASON • Write to God freely, or pray through a guided practice: Lectio Divina, Lament, Gratitude or Confession • Name the season of life you're in, like a new job, a move or a time of waiting, and your letters are kept together like chapters of your story • When a season ends, close it with a look back at how God met you, and read it again like a book PRAYER CARDS, DEALT EACH DAY • Make a card for each person and need, with what you're asking and a verse to pray for them • Havenly deals a few cards each day, so your list never grows too long to pray • Add updates as you go, and when God answers, raise a stone of remembrance. "Thus far the Lord has helped us." LET SUNDAY FOLLOW YOU ALL WEEK • Sermon notes with a shape: the passage, the message in one sentence, what stayed with you, and one call to live out this week • Your call follows you on Today until Saturday, then asks whether you did it • Every sermon is filed by book of the Bible, building your own commentary over the years A BOOK OF PRAYER THAT WRITES ITSELF The liturgies, verses, prayers and studies you keep become your own Book of Prayer, in six simple chapters. Pray through it each morning, midday or evening, and export it as a beautifully typeset PDF to print, bind and keep. HAVENS: PRAY TOGETHER • Start or join a group for your small group, church or friends with a simple code • Discuss a weekly question about the passage you're reading together • Share what you heard on Sunday, and this week's call, so your group can pray for you • Pray for others on the Prayer Wall, and see when someone prays for you or a prayer is answered FOR ANY MOMENT • Bring anything to Scripture: tell Havenly what's happening and receive the Scripture for it, what God may be saying, and a prayer • Listen to studies, liturgies and prayers read aloud in a warm, natural voice • Follow guided multi-day Journeys through Scripture • Receive a monthly letter about your walk with God, and Your Year with God HAVENLY PLUS PLANTS CHURCHES The daily rhythm, letters, prayer cards and sermon notes are free.
