La Freightlift HRMS

La Freightlift HRMS puts your employee self-service in your pocket. Check your attendance, apply for time off and read your payslips without waiting on an email to HR. ATTENDANCE Check in and out from your phone, with your location recorded when your role requires it. Your month is laid out day by day, with week-offs and public holidays already filled in, so you can see at a glance how many days you were present, late or absent, and how many hours you worked. If a day needs correcting, ask for a regularisation and track the decision. LEAVE Apply for casual or sick leave and see exactly what a date range costs before you send it. Week-offs and holidays are excluded automatically, half days are supported, and anything beyond your monthly allowance is shown clearly as loss of pay. Your balance and request history are always to hand, and a pending request can be withdrawn. PERMISSIONS Need an hour for a bank appointment? Request short paid time off during working hours, drawn from your monthly allowance, and see how much of it you have left. PAYSLIPS Your published payslips, by year, with a full breakdown of earnings and deductions. YOUR PROFILE Your employment record, your shift, the company holiday list and any documents HR has attached. Contact details, emergency contacts and your personal email are yours to keep up to date; everything else is maintained by HR. FOR MANAGERS If people report to you, their leave, permission and attendance requests arrive in one place, searchable by name, code or department, with approve and reject a tap away. BUILT FOR WORK Light and dark themes. Your session is held in the device keychain, and every request travels over HTTPS. Requires an account issued by your HR team. This app connects to your organisation's La Freightlift OfficeTime workspace.
