When a customer places an order on RealEasy, the delivery task becomes available in the Agent App. The delivery agent can review the task details and accept the order. Once a task is accepted, the agent cannot accept another delivery task until the current order is completed or cancelled according to the platform process. This helps avoid confusion, improves delivery focus, and keeps the order flow clear.
