With image uploads for all rooms and the ability to add assets to each room, this app allows you to build up a complete picture of the current state of a property before tenants enter and leave a tenancy. Key Features: Tenancy information: View and edit current tenancy information which has been set in the main PropX website. Property information: View and edit current property information which has been set in the main PropX website. Asset groups and assets: Allows for the construction of a complete picture of what a property consists of by adding and editing asset groups (rooms) and the assets which belong to them. Each asset group and asset can have images uploaded for them as well as any notes added to describe them on both a check-in and a check-out of a tenancy. Set the current state of assets: Set the current state of an asset depending on whether it is in perfect working condition or unusable on both a check-in and check-out of a tenancy. Asset comparison: Assets can be compared based on their working state in their respective asset groups (rooms) between check-in and check-out of a tenancy, this allows for a picture to be created on how well the tenant looked after the property in the period of their tenancy. Reporting: Once an inspection is complete, a report is generated which can be viewed by the surveyor displaying the state of each asset in each asset group. Why PropX?
