Yak Planner

Yak is the simplest way to plan trips, parties, dinners and any group project, all in one place. Create a project, add the people involved and keep everything organized: to-do lists, shared costs, a day-by-day itinerary, reminders and more. ORGANIZE • Several checklists per project, with to-dos assigned to each person • Scan a handwritten list from a photo and turn it into items to check off • Cover photo, colours and themes to make each project your own SPLIT THE COSTS • Track who paid what and split the bill equally, by shares or with fixed amounts • Instant balances and the fewest payments needed to settle up • Mark payments as settled, attach a photo of the receipt, set a budget • Perfect for the cottage weekend, a road trip or bills with your roommates PLAN YOUR TRIP • Day-by-day itinerary with an interactive map and route • Distances and walking times between stops, places to see nearby • Weather forecast for your dates, and events added to your Calendar NEVER FORGET A THING • Reminders for to-dos and for stops at a set time • A notification when you arrive at a planned place • In-app notification centre for everything that's due SHARE EVERYTHING • Export to PDF or text: the whole project, checklists, itinerary, cost breakdown • Share each person's to-dos or a personal cost summary • Back up and restore all your data Yak works fully offline for planning, syncs privately via iCloud and is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Korean and Japanese. Yak Pro (one-time purchase or subscription) removes ads and unlocks PDF export, advanced cost splitting, all themes, photo scanning and backup.
