Uptonica

Uptonica keeps you in your customer conversations when you're away from your desk. Open the app and you'll find the messages, the contact records and the open deals, the same ones you see in your browser. Conversations. Every message in one list. Read the thread from the start and reply, and when the assistant is handling it you can take over yourself. Mark it resolved when it's done, or snooze it if now isn't the moment. Contacts. Who is writing to you, with their details and the deals they have open. Turn on caller ID and the name shows on your phone before you pick up. Deals. What's open and where it stands, so you know where you are without going back to the computer. Notifications tell you when a message arrives, and tapping one takes you straight into that conversation. The app requires an Uptonica account. You sign in with the same credentials you use in the browser, and you work on the data in your Workspace.
