FlyFair

FlyFair is the official companion app for enrolled FlyFair student pilots. See exactly where you stand in your training, track your flight hours against CAA requirements, and manage everything about your journey from ground school to frozen ATPL — all from your phone. PERSONALISED PROGRESS DASHBOARD Your home screen adapts to your training phase and shows what matters right now. Phase 1 students see their hours building towards PPL minimums and theory exam progress across 9 subjects. Hour builders track their 114-hour PIC goal and night rating status. Phase 3 students see ATPL theory progress across 14 subjects alongside their growing hours. No clutter — just your training, your phase, your goals. DIGITAL LOGBOOK (subscription required) Log every flight with an EASA-compliant digital logbook built to ICAO standards. Record departure and arrival airports, aircraft type and registration, time breakdowns (PIC, dual, night, instrument, cross-country), approaches, crew, and remarks. Your live currency dashboard tracks day and night landings, IR approaches, and SEP revalidation hours so you always know where you stand. Export your logbook as a PDF or spreadsheet for your examiner. THEORY EXAM TRACKING Watch your PPL or ATPL exam tally grow. Your dashboard shows how many of your required exams you've passed and what's still ahead — always up to date. STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR SCHOOL Receive announcements directly from your flight school, view upcoming mentor sessions, submit support tickets, and access your training resources and documents. BUILT-IN PILOT TOOLS Quick-access tools for the flight line: E6B flight computer, holding pattern calculator, and live weather — available without leaving the app. BUILT FOR THE FULL PATHWAY From your first dual lesson through to frozen ATPL, FlyFair tracks every phase of the integrated programme. Your dashboard evolves with you so the app stays relevant at every stage. — FlyFair is exclusively available to enrolled students and staff at FlyFair Flight Training. A valid school account is required to access the app.
