Floreo PD

Floreo uses virtual reality to teach social, communication, behavioral, and life skills. Our immersive VR experiences are based on established, science-backed techniques. Floreo enables a collaborative VR experience, where both the participant and a coach can be actively involved. For training sessions, two devices are required: a Meta Quest headset and an iPad. The trainee will use the Meta Quest headset, and the coach will use the iPad. Everything the trainee sees through the headset is simultaneously displayed on the iPad for the coach. This app contains 2 modules: Module 1: Creating a Safe and Supportive Environment. This module focuses on the application of adaptive care plans, emphasizing modifying the hospital environment to meet specific health, medical, social, and sensory needs while ensuring patient safety. Module 2: Strategies for De-Escalation This module centers on applying de-escalation strategies aligned with Adaptive Care Plans, focusing on identifying and managing signs of distress to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
