I even made plans to use the 90 days same as cash, so I can save and buy something else afterwards. FlexWallet is going to be my new thing instead of the Mall and so on. So this app did not do anything that was advertised. I was approved for an amount, went to the store. You have to submit product information through the app. I thought this wasn’t a big deal, submitted my order. Was told I would get a text to show the store. I waited for twenty minutes before I finally called after not getting anything. I was informed that I was out of luck, because order have to be processed manually, and that team doesn’t work weekends. So fast forward to Monday, still nothing, I call again. Was informed orders take 48 hours to process. I thought this was for in store purchases?! The rep had me confirm the store address, and assured me that it would be ready for pickup soon. Fast forward to today, I had to call again, after STILL not getting any information. Surprise, my order was NOT set for store pickup, it has been shipped, and should be at my address “within a week”. I literally could have wasted far less time just ordering off of their site instead of following the false expectations that this for INSTORE. I will be cancelling and returning this product immediately and going with a leasing program that let me shop directly on partner website that had my items ready for pickup in an hour.

I was approved for 800 credit line, and was comparing products to see which one I wanted before buying (I go to login about 3 weeks later, and it lost my accoun...I was approved for 800 credit line, and was comparing products to see which one I wanted before buying (I go to login about 3 weeks later, and it lost my account yet said I already had account under my email when I went to try and login and start over) It was confusing me, because I already took the hit to my credit and passed, but was being told to do it again, then denied. Contacted “customer service” and was told that the computer reset my account, but they couldn’t figure out why, and that I can’t apply again for 30 days (so makes sense they denied when I logged back in) but apparently they are completely dependent on a glitchy computer and can’t reverse or fix it, and with it being something like a financial institution.. you do NOT want that on your name or ruining your credit. (Imagine if they get hacked… “Opps, I don’t know what happened, but I can’t fix it” Then ruining your credit score by whatever amount glitches. Nope.

I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be “verified again” after already charging my card for the initial payment. I got an email requesting my bank information and driver’s license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they “can’t work with my bank.” Why didn’t they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me? Customer service was no help either — slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Be very cautious before using this app.

I give this 4 stars because the website and app design are terrible; I can log into my account, but cannot view any details of my transaction or my credit to debt balance.

I do currently have revolving account's that I have had for some time in order to build credit. I've had even been approved for an automobile purchase through the bank! I say this to build my foundation....while my credit is not absolute, it is indeed fair! My income and debt is outstanding comparatively speaking. I wanted to apply for there program, as they advertise for people with less than perfect credit, I thought for sure in my improved situation I would certainly qualify....but I was not!! I have also come to learn there "financing" is through a third party, and there interest rates are at a considerably higher than average amount.....it is simply not designed for you to pay things off with any consistency or speed from month to month. There program is very similar to "Why not-lease-it"....a very disreputable organization that has been scrutinized by many reputable financial institutions. In my opinion, Aaron's or Rent-A-Center is a much, much more logical choice of an option, and more respectable to an individuals financial accreditation. (Not that these companies are the cream of the crop) Therefore, I have come to a logical conclusion that this companies commercials advertise to appeal to people's with less than perfect credit, not to help them, but rather as a fishing tool in propaganda. Hoping to gain many, many applications knowing that most will be denied, but as concept is know by the law of large numbers, this will significantly raise there chances of gaining people's with above average credit to finance them. As many of these people do not know they can do better, as often advertised by agencies such as Credit Karma and others, they are unaware of there credit status thinking that are at odds with their credit worthiness. This company preys upon those sorts and gives a false hope to others. Buyer beware! Do your homework, and come to your own knowledge and conclusions of this organization before you "buy" as it were.

Thier website has the iPhone for 1650 when it’s real price is 1200 imagine you don’t do the 90 days payout the amount you’ll pay for this leash could e gotten you x2-3 of the same Phone. Normally through flexshopper they add 50 usually which is fine it’s good but some items I noticed they try to rip you off just because it’s trending when you try to get it from another store they give you the excuse they can’t buy it from them because it’s on thier site but they don’t really look at the 33%+ up charge they are trying to force down you.

Don't waste your time or money

Total rip off, I can't believe that anyone would work with this scam of a company. Do yourself a favor and just apply for a personal loan or something though your bank If you are going to disregard my warning and use them anyway don't take the full time to pay, pay it off early, seriously don't pay over double just because you can make small payments
