Doesn’t track by week/Can’t delete account

I downloaded this app because it was recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. They app doesn’t have an interface that automatically falls on the week ...I downloaded this app because it was recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. They app doesn’t have an interface that automatically falls on the week of your pregnancy and when trying to view the week, you have frequent pop up videos. Also, there is no way to delete your account. I attempted to contact them via the email address provided in their legal information section to have my account permanently deleted and I received an undeliverable message. I am very disappointed with this app, especially for providing an incorrect email address, and with the American Pregnancy Association for recommending something that isn’t useful as other similar apps. It shouldn’t be this hard to have my account permanently deleted.

Furthermore I’m expected to accept all the terms and conditions before I even know how much this app is going to cost me, which from what I can tell from an internet search is a $9.99/month subscription. Correct me if I’m wrong about that, but how am I supposed to know when there’s no way to tell until I’ve given ALL my info? Maybe price and privacy don’t matter to everyone, but they matter to me. No thanks.

First time opening the app and it crashed when signing in. Happened again the second time. Cool app features, so I give it 3 stars but it will drive me crazy dealing with freezing and crashing so I’ve decided to uninstall the app.

No developer response when I contacted them through the website. Seems like the developers only respond to reviews. I think mixing up other people’s sign up links such that the wrong people are able to see the pregnancy progress of someone they don’t know is a terrible bug. It’s such sensitive and personal information. Do not recommend.

I wasn’t asking anything crazy 🤷🏻‍♀️ and actually posted the same question on peanuts app. A NP commented on there and gave me such useful info. Sorry to give a bad review, just mad I paid $43 for this service that seems to be a bot and not an actual nurse.
