Convivial turns your Hospitable account into a dashboard you can read at a glance, and puts the numbers that matter on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Connect with a read-only Hospitable access token and Convivial mirrors your properties, reservations and calendar on your device. Every metric is computed locally from your own data. Nothing is ever written back to Hospitable. WHAT YOU SEE • Occupancy for the next 7, 30 or 90 days, with blocked nights excluded from the denominator • Revenue on the books, net of VAT by default, allocated night by night • Average daily rate and RevPAR • New bookings and upcoming check-ins • A 90-day occupancy and revenue trend • A calendar per property with booked, blocked and open nights and list prices • This month versus the same month last year, and rolling 12-month revenue WIDGETS • Small widget with any metric, for any property or all of them • Key metrics grid in medium and large sizes • Lock Screen and StandBy widgets • Control Center button Widgets refresh on their own and show when they were last updated, so you always know how fresh the number is. HONEST NUMBERS Short-term rental income is seasonal and non-recurring, so Convivial never annualizes a month. Owner stays are excluded from revenue and counted as unavailable, not unsold. Mixed-currency portfolios are shown per currency; nothing is summed across currencies. CONVIVIAL PRO The Overview, Calendar, Properties and one small widget are free. Convivial Pro unlocks the full widget catalog, unlimited widget instances, history metrics and multi-property aggregates. Monthly and annual subscriptions, cancel any time.
