The Monet Experience

Step into the world of Claude Monet and experience painting as a place you can enter. The Monet Experience transforms Apple TV into three distinct journeys through light, color, landscape, and time. A MONUMENTAL GALLERY Travel chronologically through 1,769 paintings. Works appear at their relative physical scale and can be explored by date, place painted, present museum, country, city, or a curated Top 100 selection. Approach a work to reveal its title, year, medium, dimensions, origin, and present location, then open it in a focused full-screen view. AN IMMERSIVE WORLD Move through a dark, luminous sequence of rooms and tunnels whose walls become Monet’s paintings. The route unfolds through recurring subjects including gardens, coastlines, grainstacks, poplars, London, Venice, and a dedicated Nymphéas environment before reaching a monumental final chamber. A CURATED VIRTUAL MUSEUM Explore an atmospheric museum devoted to Monet’s life and artistic development. Paintings, illustrated story panels, museum lighting, and period-by-period rooms connect the works to Le Havre, Argenteuil, Vétheuil, Giverny, the Normandy coast, London, Venice, and the Water Lilies. The journey culminates in an oval room inspired by the Musée de l’Orangerie’s Great Decorations. DESIGNED FOR APPLE TV Navigate naturally with the Siri Remote: move forward and backward, turn smoothly, follow paintings in chronological order, open museum details, view works full screen, and zoom into their brushwork. The app works without an account, advertising, analytics, or personal-data collection. Its artwork and experiences are stored on the Apple TV for uninterrupted exploration. The Monet Experience is an independent educational and cultural experience and is not affiliated with any museum or exhibition.
