Pourveyors Platform

Help your patrons make pour choices — in your bar or from wherever they are. You've got a great selection of spirits, but most spirits lovers don't know about it. Your most valuable patrons — the ones who want to be first in line when you land a new release — have no idea it just hit your shelf. And the bottles on your backbar don't always match the menu in your server's hand. All of it is costing you money, and the chance to turn patrons into regulars. The Pourveyors Platform has your back(bar). Pourveyors Portal is the app that puts you in control of it. GET DISCOVERED Spirits lovers on the Pourveyors Platform search by product name and release to find nearby venues pouring the bottle they're hunting. Keep your list current in the Portal, and your venue shows up in those searches — new faces walk in the door already knowing what they came for. TURN PATRONS INTO REGULARS Patrons who follow your venue get real-time notifications when you add new products. Land an allocated bottle, add it in the Portal, and your followers know before it's gone. That's the news your best customers are waiting for — delivered the moment it matters. REALTIME MENUS, ZERO REPRINTS Generate a QR code for any menu right from the app. Guests scan to browse your live list — searchable, filterable, with details and pricing — on the web or in the Pourveyors app. When a bottle kicks, mark it in two taps and every menu updates instantly. Choose priced or unpriced menus for different settings. RUN YOUR BACKBAR FROM ANYWHERE • Manage your full product list — bottles, pours, flights, and more • Set pricing your way with flexible pour sizes and custom units • Organize menus with categories that match how you sell • Keep venue details current: hours, address, contact, branding • Give owners, managers, and bar staff exactly the access they need — across one venue or several Use it on your iPhone behind the bar, an iPad in the office, or any browser at pourveyors.com — everything stays in sync. WHO IT'S FOR Spirits bars and cocktail lounges with deep bottle lists. Restaurants with a serious spirits program. Distilleries and tasting rooms showcasing their lineup. If your backbar changes faster than your printed menu, this is your app. GETTING STARTED Pourveyors Portal is for venue owners and their teams.
