Everywhere Design

No mind is sharp enough to hold every detail of twenty job sites. One app to gather it all — schedules, QC, todos, check-ins. Everywhere Design moves the remembering out of your head and into a system. It's not that you don't care. It's that you're managing too much at once. A designer's real opponent was never time — it's the things you can't keep track of. Project progress, a vendor's reply, an owner's revision, which site you're due at tomorrow, how many days each crew member has worked. Miss one message and you're in damage-control mode; every rescue is a hidden cost, plus one more disappointed client. We built this app so that "remembering" no longer rests on you alone. Wherever you sit, memory overload takes the same shape. · Working solo: a calendar that can't hold the details, a todo list with no photos, scrolling old chat threads at midnight to find a QC shot. · Leading a team: four designers, twenty-some sites. Why does the same thing have to be said this many times? Messages disappear on their own. What you need isn't more meetings — it's a system where information flows openly. · Running the build: you can't watch every site yourself. The tool records every on-site detail alongside you and your team, so whoever picks it up continues naturally from where the last person left off. Six modules, each designed for real cross-project workflows: Schedule Cross-project Gantt scheduling — trades, vendors, and time slots at a glance, with automatic conflict detection. QC On-site photos backed up to the cloud, notes and pictures together, synced across the team, exported to PDF for the owner in one tap. Vendors Vendor records, work history, and trade categories — construction history links automatically from the schedule. Todos Across projects, across people, sorted by due date. Assigned tasks remind on their own; overdue items notify both sides. Check-In GPS-radius check-in, monthly reports with pay and overtime calculated automatically; managers can exempt anyone. Calendar Google Calendar, company todos, and project schedules — three layers integrated into one screen. I've worked in design for over a decade. This app isn't a "market opportunity" someone dreamed up. It's the problem I ran into every single day. I never found an app that could pull together all the busywork of construction management and let me sort it out smoothly. So I built one myself. Made by a designer, for designers. If one day you open it and think "this is exactly the order I wanted," that's because that's exactly how it was thought through. 30-day free trial — full features, no card required. We believe a designer's most precious time should go to design. The details of construction shouldn't take up room in your head. Hand the build to the system.
