Emotions Manager

IS YOUR CHILD OVERWHELMED BY THEIR EMOTIONS? Anger, sadness, fear, frustration… Emotions can sometimes be difficult to understand and even harder to express. Created by a psychologist, the Emotions Management app helps your child put their feelings into words, understand their needs, and discover practical solutions to feel better. A SIMPLE JOURNEY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND EMOTIONS Your child is guided step by step: • What emotion am I feeling? • How intense is it? • What do I need? • What can I do to feel better? The app includes: • 16 emotions explained in simple terms • A slider to assess emotional intensity • 16 essential needs to better understand what may lie behind an emotion • More than 40 practical actions and solutions • Simple exercises that are easy to use in everyday life AN APP DESIGNED TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD The goal is not to prevent children from feeling angry, sad, or worried. It is to help them understand what they are experiencing, put their needs into words, and gradually discover what can help them feel better. The app can be used independently by children who are old enough, or together with a parent, caregiver, teacher, or professional. AN APPROACH CREATED BY A PSYCHOLOGIST The content was created by a psychologist specializing in emotional management and emotional support for children and adults. The exercises are inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, positive psychology, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). A SAFE, AD-FREE EXPERIENCE The full version provides access to a safe, child-friendly experience without advertising. Help your child move from “I don’t know what I’m feeling” to “I understand what’s happening to me and I know what I can do.” Because developing emotional intelligence is the first step toward feeling better.
