MyEPR

MyEPR is a free secure app for charity shop staff and volunteers that works with the existing MyCharityShop app, a public facing app for donors and customers of charity shops. The app is unique to Eproductive clients. My Charity Shop has been developed by Eproductive Ltd, the original pioneers of Charity Shop Gift Aid. The App can be customised by each charity with their own icon and tile designs. The key features of the app are: Enables content to be added to MyCharityShop. A new tile is being deployed to the MyCharityShop called “What’s in Store”. Customers who have installed the app will be able to view photos and descriptions of newly donated items that have been added via the MyEPR app. Products will not be available for purchase – the new functionality acts only as a virtual shop window to encourage more footfall into the store. For each item multiple photos and a short description can be added. These details are then immediately available for viewing within the MyCharityShop app. To review new functionality. When new functionality is developed for the MyCharityShop app it will first be made available in MyEPR. Users can review the functionality in a preview mode and deploy to the public facing app after this review.
